DAMAGE INSURANCE Any damage to the rented products while under your care as a renter is your responsibility for replacement. Replacement cost for products can be up to $5000.00 depending on what you rented and how it was damaged. By adding on the insurance, if any damage occurs to the property while in your care, the insurance will cover your replacements costs at no additional fee.
Special Delivery/Pick-Up Time Required Event needs special accommodations for pick-up/delivery. Our Typical Delivery times are by 11am the day of rental and pickups are usually next morning or late evening depending on weekend schedule. If pickup or drop off needs to be at a specific time, this will require re-routing our delivery team or potentially adding a delivery team to accommodate.
