Setup & Tear Down is for staffing to open and place chairs where desired and will be fully collected at pick-up with no extra effort from renter. Otherwise, chairs are dropped in stacks and upon pick-up should be stacked as well.

Special Delivery/Pick-Up Time Required Event needs special accommodations for pick-up/delivery. Our Typical Delivery times are by 11am the day of rental and pickups are usually next morning or late evening depending on weekend schedule. If pickup or drop off needs to be at a specific time, this will require re-routing our delivery team or potentially adding a delivery team to accommodate.
