The experience with Rentals Galore was truly the best. We had some weather issues, and they let us reschedule up to a year out. When I reached out reschedule, they remembered the original booking, and there was no issue getting it moved. Then we needed to move it a second time (due to thunderstorms predicted) and again, they were accommodating and happy to help. The delivery was prompt and exactly in the window they gave us. The set up was quick, efficient, and they left no mess behind (and even made sure the gate was locked so no kids or dogs would escape), which was a level of attention that I really appreciated. The slide (the Blue Lagoon) was clean, in great condition, and perfect for what we needed. The pick up was also in the time frame they gave us, and they picked it and packed it up quickly and efficiently. Whenever we need another slide or bounce house, we will definitely use Rentals Galore again. They made the whole process easy and awesome!!

Very professional! And excellent communication! Everything was so great and enjoyable! Even the adults were in the bouncy house! Haha ! The connect 4 yard game was a nice touch as well! Used them for my twins 1st birthday party! Cannot wait to use them again!

Great family-owned business. Top Notch service and an easy online ordering system. We've rented "Big Red" twice now for neighborhood events, huge hit!

Fantastic service! The Dino bounce house made our 5-year-old’s birthday party a huge hit. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted at first, but thankfully I was assisted every step of the way. They set up in less than 20 minutes and pick up went just as smooth. Highly recommend!!
